HOW DO I REGISTER?

1 REGISTER AS A SUPPLIER - Click on the registration button at the top right-hand corner of the website
- Fill in the form with the details of your company and the delegates who will be attending
- Select a meeting package (and an AD page, if you would like it)
- Enter a login email and password
- Read the terms and conditions of your registration carefully
- Submit the form
2 “SUPPLIER DELEGATE PACKAGE” - A member of Madison Events will confirm your registration and send you via email the “supplier delegate package”
- It contains all of the significant information you should know about the event, so that you can make the most of your attendance once there.way possible
3 INVOICE - Make sure all details are correct
- We will enable your online profile and login details to the clients section once the deposit has been paid
4 LOGIN ON THE WEBSITE - Click on the "Login" button at the top of the website
- Log in using the email and password you entered on the registration form
- Update your profile (photograph, presentation of your company)
- Go to the list of attendee buyers
5 February 26th - March 1st MEETING SELECTION - Accept or reject the meetings chosen by buyers
- Select your meetings and finish up the list according to your priorities and number of meetings
6 March 7th
MEETING PROGRAMME
- You will receive via email your provisional meeting programme. This programme is subject to final changes
- Your final meeting programme will be given to you in the morning at the entrance of the meeting room
DON’T FORGET TO SEND US YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SO WE CAN ORGANIZE YOUR PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT AND TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL. SEE YOU IN Sevilla!

2 “BUYER DELEGATE PACKAGE” - A member of Madison Events will confirm your registration and send you via email the “buyer delegate package” - It contains all the important information you need to know about in order to prepare your participation at the event
3 LOGIN AT THE WEBSITE - Look for the Login button at the top of the website
- Login using email & password you chose on the registration form
- Update your profile (delegate photos, company presentation)
- Have a look at the attending suppliers, when available according to dates in the “delegate package”
