How it works

HOSPITALSPEC is the annual forum of sanitary equipment and hospital architecture of the Iberian peninsula.
It brings together architects, engineers, procurement executives of major hospital groups, private health, geriatric ... and suppliers of equipment, services and solutions for the healthcare industry.
The exclusivity of the event lies in its format, a customized program of pre-arranged face-to-face meetings combined with networking activities.

  • Face-to-face meetings lasting 20 minutes.
  • All specifiers are assigned a desk, which the suppliers visit according to the meetings they have scheduled.
  • All meetings take place in the same room where the desks are arranged as if for a workshop in the middle of the room.
  • The meetings are arranged before the event, and both buyers and suppliers may choose who they wish to meet.

  • The suppliers have an area in the meeting room where they are able to display their products and samples throughout the event.
  • They are not charged for this nor do they require a stand.
  • They can request extra space at no additional cost for larger products.

  • They enable attendees to find out about trends in the sector through talks on the latest developments.

  • All of the activities are a joint effort and all of the attendees stay at the same hotel.
  • The time slots outside of the scheduled meetings (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks) are the ideal time for personal, quality networking.
  • It enables attendees to establish closer ties and they get to know each other personally.
